About Podcastplayhouse
Podcastplayhouse (hereafter referred to as "Company") is an online service residing at podcastplayhouse.net (hereafter referred to as "Website") that allows our members to set up unique personal profiles that can be linked together through networks of friends. Company members can view each other's profiles, communicate with linked friends, share photos, post information about themselves through their online profiles, web logs, profile message posts, internal messages, and comments.
User's Responsibilities
Each site user (hereafter referred to as "User") can and is responsible for maintaining his/her personal information on the Website. Should material on a User's profile, or by the User, be found offensive it will be the first responsibility of the User to remove the offensive material as soon as possible and to refrain from reposting the same material on different user accounts. In the event that such offensive material is not removed in a timely manner, Company reserves the right to remove the information from the Website, and\or suspend the User's account for an indefinite period of time.
Repeat User Offense
Users who do not comply with the terms and conditions of the Website Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy risk being banned from the website indefinitely, and in some cases the User's information will be subject to submission by the Company to legal authorities for the purpose of legal action against User.

As a general rule Company does not send unsolicited email (a.k.a. "Spam"), does not sell, nor does it provide personal information (including email addresses) to any third party person(s) nor legal entities. Only in the event where suspicion of illegal activity may exist in association with, on, or by members of the Website, will Company seek to share such information with the appropriate law enforcement.

Information Collection and Use by Podcastplayhouse
Company collects user submitted information such as name, email address and age to authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to the Website service. The Website also collects other profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, age, education and occupation in order to assist users in finding and communicating with each other.
Company Usage Non-personally-identifiable information.
Website also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. User Profile information including members' pictures and first names are displayed to people in order to facilitate user interaction in the Website.com social networking community. Email addresses are used for the purposes of inviting new friends to join Website, to add users to members' friends' networks, and to send notifications related to the service. With the exception of inviting friends, adding friends, and notifications, a user's email address is not shared or displayed to people within a user's personal network Users within a personal network communicate on Website with each other through the Website service, without disclosing their email addresses. Users' full names are never directly revealed to other members. To facilitate searching and finding friends and acquaintances on the service, Website.com allows users to search for other members using first and last name, email address, and schools and/or companies where users may have attended or worked.

The Company uses cookies to store visitors' preferences and to record session information, for purposes including ensuring that visitors are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements and to customize newsletter, advertising, and Web page content based on browser type and user profile information.
