Isaac Asimov interview The Golden Age of Science Fiction Isaac Asimov discusses the beginning of Science Fiction. He explains that science fiction books were published in paperback in the early 40's and 50's. New magazine featuring Science Fiction Writer's were finding their work published in magazines such as Fantasy and Science Fiction and Galaxy. Science Fiction writers allowed their imagination to flourish by creating worlds outside of what was considered real. Worlds that could not be proven by any scientific method.
